We are currently looking for an experienced, full-time health care trainer to join its domiciliary care business. The trainer will be responsible to implement and deliver training within the organisation. Who they are responsible to: Primary – Head of Services; Secondary - Registered Manager Key Accountabilities • Ensure all new Qualified, Care / Support and Domiciliary Colleagues are shown a consistent approach to Induction template • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, cost effective and sustainable Mandatory Induction Training template, which provides Care, Support and Domiciliary colleagues with all elements of the Care Certificate • Collaboratively work with the Central and Operational People Development team to build strong networking relationships • Adopt safe working practices in accordance with health & safety guidelines • Ensure continuous personal development: including all mandatory, Home/Service Specific ‘train the trainer’ updates are kept up to date and qualifications are certified at all times.

To support, maintain and manage day-to-day delivery of white-labelled Lifestyle program/s to customers of a large Financial Services client. Main duties & responsibilities to include but not limited to: Main role responsibilities / duties -Support Account Director with day-to-day client management, including handling of all bespoke requests relating to MI, product and service.
The aim of this role is to lead the out of hours teams of Lifestyle Managers within the Corporate and Private Client Services division at company's office in London, ensuring highest levels of 24hr service performance and quality and support at weekends for all working Lifestyle Managers. You will work closely with the division's Account and Quality Managers to ensure that corporate clients and private members feel that company are delivering exceptional levels of service quality across the territory out of hours.
